When harsh weather conditions hit Kent recently, a beautiful farmhouse became the unfortunate victim of a sudden flash flood.
Within minutes, grey water surged through nearby farmland, picking up fertilisers, faeces, and other contaminants, turning it into hazardous black water.
The entire ground floor was submerged, with a thick layer of silt covering all floor surfaces, posing serious bacterial and infection risks to the property owner.
